Manufacture
CabCare protection systems are designed and manufactured in-house
to exacting high standards, utilising the latest in CADCAM systems.
Protection systems for all types of machines, old and new, are
stored on detailed computer files enabling immediate turnaround
and despatch of kits or spare parts. 
The CAD information is transferred
digitally to our automated router which cuts out the polypropolene
templates. These ‘templates’ are
then passed to our dedicated team for fabrication and assembly,
with all stages of manufacture covered by our rigorous quality
and testing processes. Whether for stock or for immediate despatch,
all CabCare systems are manufactured to
our own demanding standards ensuring the
best possible protection for your plant and machinery.
CabCare protection
systems are manufactured using a single piece of high quality
6mm polypropolene and
incorporate our innovative ‘Anti-ware’ edges
- lightweight for ease of use, but exceptionally strong, safe
and durable.
Our revolutionary new ‘Snap Lock’ systems
are designed to fit the cab’s natural contours, with
the powder coated steel hanging bracketry requiring minimum drilling
of
the cab - a
system designed and developed by CabCare.
